Provides consulting services relating to construction and design claims, expert testimony, research and analysis of built projects, construction documents & assistance in litigation and settlement strategies. He is a panel member on the American Arbitration Association Large and Complex Construction Case Panel (LCCP). Mr. Kemp has designed residential, commercial, office tenant improvements, hospitality, casino, parking structures, recreation facilities, public buildings and historic rehabilitation projects.
