Weather Information For the Construction Consultant Presented By: Jan Null, Certified Consulting Meteorologist, Golded Gate
Weather Services Our
first meeting of 2006 is sure to be a unique and informative presentation.
All
types of weather can be an important issue in many construction claims
and are important factors in numerous building issues. We are very
pleased to have Meteorologist Jan Null from Golden Gate Weather Services
as our January speaker. Mr.
Null is a certified Consulting Meteorologist with over 30 years of
experience as both an operational and forensic meteorologist. He has
been retained in over 100 civil and criminal litigations by both plaintiff
and defense counsels. Mr.
Null has effectively testified in numerous depositions and trials
drawing upon his background and teaching skills. Golden
Gate Weather Services has developed a California State Bar approved
one hour MCLE activity: ÒWeather Information for Litigation. Mr. Null
will be presenting this activity for Westcon and will show the many
types of meterological and climatological data and analysies that
can assist you in obtaining the best outcome for your clients. A
variety of meteorological elements may be foundational or even critical
to litigations or claims. Mr. Null will explain how some of the following
issues have been factors in previous cases. Some areas he will cover:
